Warm and damp hair is easier to cut
Have you ever wondered why barbers use a hot towel on your face before giving you a wet shave? BTW you should 100% get one if you haven’t – treat yourself! Go on, you know you want to!
Well, the reason they do this is because wet hair breaks easier than dry hair. It is easier to slice and cut too!
You can use this to your advantage if you have sensitive skin too!
Trim your beard after a shower when your hair is the most hydrated! Now, I definitely don’t mean that you should trim WET hair – it’ll end in tears – your tears at that!
But having your hair a little bit damp and only lightly gone over with a cool hairdryer can help your trimmer do their job to their full potential.
